For when you are bleeding - or if you are trying to get your bleed back - this is a (13:33 minute) womb meditation to amplify the power of your cycle and anything you want to clear through your blood.
Your menstrual cycle is a death...and your blood carries the power and magic to transmute anything. It is already transmuting by nature, so when you connect intentionally to your blood during your cycle and what you feel ready to release, you can co-create powerful shifts with your blood and Mother Earth.
When you are bleeding, you are highly sensitive and attuned. This is also a beautiful time to deepen your relationship with Gaia, our Mother Earth. Both physically offering your blood back to the Earth and visualizing sending your blood into her soil is a potent offering.
With clearing and releasing, also comes clarification. Your blood is a celebration! It is an ending and a beginning...and an arrival into clarity. Use this meditation as a portal for deep transformation and moon magic.
